I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my visit. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The bed linen and towels were of good quality and impeccably clean. the hotel's location was fantastic, as it was just a short walk away from the center of Prague and the historical area.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to public transport. You can easily catch a tram to any place in Spain, Italy, or France. the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, making it a peaceful stay. If you're a fan of concerts, you can easily take the tram to Palac Akropolis for a great show. The rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are clean and functional. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout your stay.
The hotel lacks a common area for guests to relax and socialize.

The room did not live up to expectations based on the photos, with less attractive decor and limited furniture. Noise isolation could be improved as conversations in the hallway could be heard.

I got great value for my money at Pension Prague City. The room was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient with plenty of dining options nearby, including a vegan cafe and pizzeria. The staff, especially the lady with the pink hair, were really helpful and friendly.
The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.
